Parkiteer network still expanding

It's clear public transport use has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. However up until the recently announced stage four restrictions, Victoria's big builds were still all systems go. Construction is still going on, and we expect that once Victoria reopens we will have a number of new Parkiteer cages opening.

Thanks to the Level Crossing Removal Project, and the Commuter Car Park Upgrade we expect another five Parkiteer cages to be welcomed onto the network in the next few months.

Carrum - New Parkiteer cage built into the station as part of Level Crossing Removal Project

Cheltenham - New Parkiteer cage built into the station as part of Level Crossing Removal Project

Hampton - Recycled Parkiteer cage, made possible by Bayside Council and the Level Crossing Removal Project

Mentone - New Parkiteer cage built into the station as part of Level Crossing Removal Project

Hurstbridge - New Parkiteer cage built as part of the Commuter Car Park Upgrade

Alongside these five cages there are many more Parkiteer cages expected soon.

Along the Upfield line, Coburg will receive a new parkiteer cage built into the station. This will compliment the lovely new bike path underneath the sky-rail. Moreland will also receive a new Parktieer Cage.

Also expected are Sandown Park,  and new Parkiteer cages at Chelsea and Glenroy.
