UPDATE
Contractors are moving to the next stage of works on Flemington Road outside the Royal Melbourne Hospital that impinge on riders in the bike lane.
As the works are over several nights in May, no serious disruption is expected.
The provision of underground services connections into the hospital requires use of the city-bound bike lane, and riders will be diverted into an adjacent traffic lane.
Various activities are underway until 15 May including hole works, cable hauling, and backfilling holes. Works will be underway between 8pm and 6am.
All three zones will be impacted at various times.
