Rail disruptions this fortnight
Riders are urged to plan ahead for disruptions on several train lines this fortnight. Bikes are not allowed on board buses unless folded and in a bag the size of a Brompton; coaches have some limited capacity for bikes.
 

Ballarat, Ararat and Maryborough lines

Coaches replace evening trains on the Ballarat Line for the entire journey from Sunday 19 July to Wednesday 22 July.

There will be service changes on the Ballarat Line from Thursday 23 July to Sunday 26 July.

There will be service changes on the Maryborough Line from Thursday 23 July to Sunday 26 July.

There will be service changes on the Ararat Line from Thursday 23 July to Sunday 26 July.

Belgrave Line

Trains will not stop at Boronia Station from 11.30pm Friday 8 May to last service Monday 3 August. A shuttle bus will run between Bayswater, Boronia and Ferntree Gully stations to connect passengers to train services.
 

Frankston Line

Buses replace trains between Parliament and Caulfield from 8.30 pm Friday 24 July to last service Sunday 26 July.

Gippsland Line

There are service changes on the Traralgon and Bairnsdale line trains for part of the journey from Saturday night 25 July to last service Sunday 26 July.

Hurstbridge Line

Buses replace trains between Heidelberg to Greensborough from 8.30 pm Friday 17 July to last service Sunday 19 July.

Sandringham Line

Buses replace trains between Parliament and Sandringham from 8.30 pm Friday 24 July to last service Sunday 26 July.

Seymour and Albury lines

Service changes on the Albury Line from Wednesday 6 May to Sunday 30 August.

Coaches replace evening trains on the Seymour Line for the entire journey from Sunday 26 July to Wednesday 29 July.

Werribee Line

Buses replace trains from Newport to Werribee from 11.50 pm to last service each night, Monday 13 July to Thursday 16 July.
 

Werribee and Williamstown lines

Buses replace trains between North Melbourne, Newport and Williamstown from 9.30 pm Saturday 25 July to last service Sunday 26 July.
