In part two, we’ll go over what you can expect in a Back on your Bike skills refresher session, how to fit a bike and how to do an ABC check.
Ready to Ride: Part three
The final part of this series covers the variety of bikes and how to find the right one for you, how to plan a bike route and some handy gear that can make your commute more comfortable.
Back on your E-bike Skills Refresher sessions
Register your place in a one-on-one practical session. We’ll bring a helmet and an e-bike.
Everyone who participates gets a free 3-month membership with Bicycle Network so you can ride insured and access all the benefits that membership brings.
You can choose to combine these sessions into one if you are already a fairly confident rider.
Skills Refresher 1
If it’s been several years since you last rode a bike or you’ve never ridden an e-bike, then this session is designed just for you.

Skills Refresher 2
Being a commuter rider can be a bit daunting and this session acknowledges this by going slowing and concentrating on road-riding awareness skills relevant to the area you live and work.
After a quick bike safety check, we’ll ride quiet streets first before checking out busier urban terrain.
