Riders are urged to plan ahead for train disruptions this month.
A reminder that all Cranbourne, Pakenham and Sunbury services now run through the Metro Tunnel, Frankston Line services have moved into the City Loop, Werribee and Williamstown lines now start and end at Flinders Street and most other train lines (including V/Line trains and coaches) have new timetables.
Belgrave, Lilydale and Alamein lines
Buses replace trains between Parliament and Burnley from 8.55pm Friday 13 February to last service Sunday 15 February.
Hurstbridge, Mernda, Alamein, Belgrave, Lilydale and Glen Waverley lines
Buses replace City Loop trains on these lines from 8.30pm Friday 13 February to last service Sunday 15 February.
Glen Waverley Line
Buses replace trains between Richmond and Glen Waverley from 8.30pm Friday 13 February to last service Sunday 15 February.
Frankston Line
Buses replace trains between Cheltenham and Frankston from 8.30pm Friday 20 February to last service Sunday 22 February.
Hurstbridge and Mernda lines
Buses replace trains between Parliament and Clifton Hill from 8.40pm Friday 13 February to last service Sunday 15 February.
Werribee Line
Buses replace trains between Newport and Werribee:
- from 8.30pm to last service each night, Sunday 8 February to Thursday 12 February
- from 10.30pm Friday 13 February to 5am Saturday 14 February
- from 10.30pm Saturday 14 February to 6am Sunday 15 February
- from 8.30pm to last service Sunday 15 February
- from 8.30pm to last service Thursday 19 February
- from 10.30pm Friday 20 February to 5am Saturday 21 February
- from 10.30pm Saturday 21 February to 6am Sunday 22 February.
Werribee and Williamstown lines
Buses replace trains between North Melbourne, Werribee and Williamstown:
- from 8pm to last service each night, Monday 16 February to Wednesday 18 February
- from 8.20pm to last service, Sunday 22 February.
Bendigo Line
Coaches replace some late night trains for the entire journey on Sunday 22 February.
Geelong Line
Coaches replace evening trains on the Geelong Line from Sunday 15 February to Tuesday 17 February.
Gippsland Line
Coaches replace evening Traralgon Line trains for the entire journey from Sunday 22 February to Wednesday 25 February.
