Hallam bypass interuptions
Construction activity along Hallam ByPass Trail

Riders should be alert to construction activities along the trail starting next week and continuing until late September.

Upgrades to the Monash Freeway mean that work crews will need to access the Freeway reserve via the Hallam Bypass path in sections between Belgrave-Hallam Road and the Princes Highway.

The work will be intermittent at various locations on the path, enabling the path to remain open for riders and pedestrians.

There will be warning signs in place prior to work zones and traffic controllers stopping and escorting pedestrians and riders through our work zone if vehicles are accessing the freeway reserve.

Riders should use caution when riding through a work zone.
