New secure bike parking facilities at Keon Park, Narre Warren and Cranbourne

Bicycle Network opened three new Parkiteer facilities between July and August, through the Victorian government's Level Crossing Removal Project and Car Parks for Commuters Upgrade.

Keon Park Station

The removal of the dangerous and congested Keon Parade level crossing includes a new Keon Park station, and an in-station Parkiteer facility.

The forest-green Parkiteer facility, located next to the carpark beneath the elevated train tracks between High Street and Johnson Street, has 26 bike parking spaces, which are connected by a shared-use path.

Narre Warren Station

Victoria's 74th level crossing was removed at Webb Street in Narre Warren last year, and the new local station opened in March. The Narre Warren station features two elevated platforms, an air-conditioned waiting room, security cameras and improved lighting, and a Parkiteer facility.

The 52-space Parkiteer facility has a bike-repair station, and CCTV cameras that cover the facility and its surrounds, ensuring member safety 24 hours a day.

Cranbourne Station

Cranbourne station has undergone a car park upgrade as part of the Car Parks for Commuters program. The new car park features improved CCTV and lighting, and a Parkiteer facility.

The 26-space facility is located along the shared-use path between the station and Cranbourne Mitsubishi.
