There will be periodic overnight closures to a section of Moreland Street and Parker Street in Footscray until the end of March.
Work involving new asphalt surfacing and line marking restoration will be underway between Footscray Road and Lyons Street on several nights, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.
As that section of Moreland Road and Parker Street between Moreland Street and Whitehall Street is a busy bike route, riders on night trips could be impacted and should choose an alternative local route.
Riders should check for electronic messaging signs for indications of what dates works will be underway.
Truck and car traffic will be detoured along Whitehall Street.
