Bike riders have been asked for input to the design of an upgrade to a busy intersection in Melbourne’s outer south east.
The awkward roundabout at the intersection of Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Clyde-Five Ways Road and Pattersons Road will be upgraded to a signalised intersection.
The precinct already has some of its bike infrastructure in place, provided at various stages of development in this growth zone suburb.
The connections however are incomplete and this intersection upgrade is an opportunity to provide better crossings for active transport generally.
There is a survey to take and an interactive map where suggestions can be added.
Locals can meet up with the planning team on Saturday 23 May 2026 at Shopping on Clyde, 280 Berwick-Cranbourne Road, Clyde, between 10am and 3pm.
Consultation is open until Sunday 31 May 2026.
