Sections of the northern loop beyond Yarra Glen, which offer spectacular views over the valley, including 1.2km of new trail along Gulf Road, are now complete.
Additional construction on Gulf Road to Melba Highway, including bridge delivery, is planned for late January 2025.

The remaining 3.8km of the shared use trail will be located within the Healesville railway corridor on the southern side of the railway line, which is being restored by Yarra Valley Railway.
